Before you sent me an email, I new nothing of the Wabash and Erie Canal Park. Thanks for sending the link. I will have to ask my Aunt in West Lafayette, IN, who has been a fifth grade teacher there for over 30 years, has not said anything about it to me. Surely you must have had grade school field trips to your park? How long has the Park been a 501(c)(3)?
Thanks for the opportunity to continue my reading. I found additional info about the construction of lock gates today, so maybe I will be able to complete my manuscript.
